I like many other kids have had a short period of time in their life when they collected comic books. There’s nothing wrong with it, in fact there are far worse habits to form. Not the coolest of hobbies, but better than crack, right? My personal comic book experience was cut short once I discovered Metallica in 7th grade, and as a result most of my comics were sold to support my new found habit of CDs. I then invested in a blue jean jacket, covered it in Metallica patches from mail order catalogs, and crammed the pockets full with my portable CD and as many CDs as I could every day at school. 8-9 discs on a good day.
